The Man Most Likely To was a more up-to-date sexual comedy (indeed it was still playing the West End).  Mary Southall was queening it up in good order as Judith Bliss in Hay Fever and Di Hackett made a vivid impression in Edward Albee's A Delicate Balance.

A minor comedy, The Secretary Bird, came in as a substitute play (the first time a season's plans had been changed by a fuel crisis).  Malcolm Gee had the exciting ghostly policeman role in Priestley's An Inspector Calls and the Spring finale was As You Like It, Mike Murray as Orlando, Pam Meredith as Rosalind and Cohn Young as a Chekhovian Jacques.
