Limelight is a local charity that supports Splinters students in staging shows and musical productions. In the past Limelight have supported the musical production of Fame, Summer Holiday and Back to the Eighties. Variety shows such as the one we are staging at the Rose Theatre help to raise funds to enable Limelight to stage larger musical productions.

Splinters is a local dance studio training students in the performing arts. Those performing in the show at the Rose Theatre range from age five years to their early twenties. Individuals will be performing solo and there will also be performances of duets and trio’s. Groups and troupes enable a large number of dancers to perform on stage together , requiring team work and commitment from all involved.

The show “Off The Floor” as the title depicts, will be full of energy and vitality as these talented youngsters perform a variety of song and dance, cabaret, classical and numbers from musical theatre.
